By using our taxi booking services via phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All bookings must be confirmed by our team before they are considered valid. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from us.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking at our discretion, especially in cases of unavailability or operational constraints.
Fares are estimated based on the distance, vehicle type, and current fuel prices. Final fares may vary slightly due to tolls, detours, or waiting charges.
Toll charges and inter-state permit charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
For trips exceeding 300 km, a driver allowance of ₹300–₹500 per day is applicable.
Payment is to be made at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the trip start time: No charge.
Cancellations made within 6 hours: A cancellation fee of ₹200–₹500 may apply depending on the vehicle type.
No-shows (customer not available at pickup point after 30 minutes): Full fare may be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Aadhvik Travels is not liable for any loss or damage.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers. Abusive behavior will result in termination of the trip without refund.
Aadhvik Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
